Frequently Asked Questions

Use the menu above to enter our online shop and from here you can browse all of our designs.  All of our artwork is available as a print, canvas print or framed and ready to hang.  Simply select the design you like, then choose the option that suits you and the quantity required then click the “Add to Basket” button.

Once you have finished shopping navigate to “Basket” (top right of the page) and continue through the straightforward checkout process to complete your transaction.

Carefully and with tender, loving care! We try to use recyclable or biodegradable materials wherever possible but also ensure your artwork arrives in perfect condition.

We aim to despatch all orders by the next working day using either Royal Mail or a courier service for larger orders. We will send you an email as soon as your item has been despatched and delivery should take 2-3 working days.

Yes – to the U.K., no charge!  We will ship your items using Royal Mail or using a courier for larger orders throughout the UK for free.

Payments

You can pay using any major credit / debit card or via Paypal.

Just remember if paying with PayPal, the registered address is where your order will be sent unless advised differently.

Returns

We hope that you are 100% satisfied with your purchase but if not just get in touch and let us know what we can do to make things right. We understand that sometimes things aren’t quite what you expected so you can always return your purchase for a full refund – just pop us a quick email first letting us know.

Return & Refund policy

Returns
Our returns policy lasts for a full 30 days from receipt. If the 30 days have gone by since receipt then unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
– Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
– Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds
Once your artwork is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at returns@ifyoulikeart.co.uk.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at returns@ifyoulikeart.co.uk and send your item to: If You Like Art, 143 Blackpool Road North, Lytham St. Annes, FY8 3DB United Kingdom.


Shipping
To return your product, you should mail your product to: If You Like Art, 143 Blackpool Road North, Lytham St. Annes, FY8 3DB United Kingdom

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.


Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
